On our website www.catravn.dk, the prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and are all incl. VAT. Reservations are made for pricing and printing errors, VAT and tax changes and sold out items.
Once you place an order, you will receive an online confirmation by email. Should you not receive this confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We offer several payment methods when shopping at www.catravn.com. You can pay by Visa and Mastercard. The payment will be credited to your account when we ship the item.
Delivery in Denmark
As a main rule, there is free delivery of all posters, graphic prints and paintings in Denmark (though not Greenland and the Faroe Islands), though with certain exceptions, see below.
Delivery of original graphic prints and paintings in Denmark
There is free delivery to Post Nord or GLS packing shop. For all other types of delivery, e.g. private address or business address delivery, we will charge you DKK 75.
If you choose delivery to a parcel shop, you will receive an SMS or mail when you can pick up your parcel. Therefore, remember to provide your telephone number and email address when ordering.
If you choose to send the package to your private or business address, the package is sent to the delivery address you specify when ordering.
Delivery of paintings within Denmark’s borders may, depending on the circumstances, take place either at a parcel shop or at your home address. You will receive an email after your purchase indicating how delivery will take place. If, prior to your purchase, you want to know how delivery takes place in your specific case, you can send us an email at email@example.com stating which item you intend to buy and your address.
Delivery of posters in Denmark
Delivery of posters in Denmark is free, and the posters will be delivered to your home address. You can follow the current location of your package via the tracking number that you receive via email when your package is shipped from our printing facility in Latvia. If you are not at home at the time of delivery either the tracking number or the note that is put in your mailbox will help you know where you can pick up your package.
Delivery to the EU and North America
We currently provide free of charge delivery throughout Denmark, the EU and North America. Outside Denmark’s borders, however, freight costs of paintings over 70 x 50 cm must be agreed separately. In that case you must, prior to your purchase, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org containing your address and which item you are interested in purchasing so that any shipping cost can be agreed upon.
Delivery to other countries
If you live in a country other than those covered by the above, just send an email to email@example.com, in which you state which product you consider purchasing as well as your address so that we can find a solution.
We aim to ship your graphic prints within 2-5 business days after ordering.
We aim to ship your posters within 2-7 business days after ordering, as the posters will be printed on demand.
Delivery time must be added and it varies according to your place of delivery and the delivery times of each courier or post company. Please bear in mind that you always have the option of following your package’s journey via the tracking number you receive when your package is shipped.
Errors or damage to the product
Any claims for misprinted products or damaged during delivery or otherwise defective items, must be made by sending us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org with an image of the product, your order number, and a description of the damage or error.
Package lost in transit
If you do not receive your package within the expected delivery time, which means approximately 1-2 weeks after you have received notice that we have shipped your order, please contact us immediately and at the latest 4 weeks after expected delivery time by sending us an e-mail at email@example.com.
If the error can be attributed to us or our business partners, we will send you another similar product at our expense. However, in relation to original works, it is often not possible and you will be offered the opportunity to choose another similar work or get a refund.
If the item is returned to us and the return is due to you failing to pick up your package within the deadline or it is due to an incorrect address on the package, we can reship the package at your expense.
You have 14 days of cancellation right when you shop at www.catravn.dk. The cancellation deadline is 14 days from the day you received the goods or received notice that the item is ready for collection. If you want to make use of the right of withdrawal, you must send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org within the deadline of 14 days, stating that you wish to cancel your purchase and immediately return the goods. Please note that you cannot cancel your purchase simply by refusing to receive the item.
You bear the risk of the goods from the delivery of the goods and are liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by your handling of the item that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature of the goods. If we assess the returned item as damaged or “used”, this means that you get a reduced portion of the purchase amount returned.
You are responsible for ensuring that the item is packed securely before you return it. In the package you must enclose a copy of the order confirmation or the return document printed from our return portal. You attach the package label on the outside of the package without damaging the bar code.

Returning the item is at your expense, except if otherwise is agreed upon between you and CAT RAVN.
Goods that are made specifically for you or have been marked with a personal touch are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
When returning, the amount is always transferred to the same means of payment with which you made the purchase. For example, if you paid by card, the purchase amount is returned to the payment card you used for the specific purchase.
We will let you know when we have made the refund. Depending on your bank and credit card issuer you will receive the refund some bankdays later.
The 24-month guarantee is granted according to the Sales of Goods Act (Købeloven). Our guarantee applies to defects in material and/or fabrication. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, or get your money refunded or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. Damage to the goods as a result of incorrect handling by the customer is not covered by the warranty. Complaints regarding defects must always be reported to firstname.lastname@example.org within reasonable time after the goods have been received. Up to 4 weeks are considered reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.
If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your (reasonable) freight costs.
If you wish to return a product you have purchased on our website www.catravn.com, please send us an email at email@example.com beforehand including the order number and why you wish to return it. If you wish to return it according to the cooling off period granted by EU legislation, you only have to state this without qualifying it any further. However, if you wish to return a faulty item, please describe the fault and attach an image of it in the email.
Where you need to ship your return product to depends on the product and on the reason for the return.
We will assist you in returning your product in the right way and to the correct place. We will reply via email within 24 hours and let you know exactly where to return your product to as well as answering any other questions you may have.
We make the registration of your personal information with the purpose of being able to deliver the goods correctly to you. The personal data registered with CAT RAVN is stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.
We do not resell personal information and do not disclose your personal information to others. These are only registered in our customer directory. You can have your information deleted at any time on your request. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information: Name, address, telephone number and email address. When we receive your request, the information about you in our system will be deleted.
When collecting your personal data on our website, we ensure that you are informed on the collected information and why we collect it. Only the relevant employees of CAT RAVN have access to the information that is registered about you.
We do not store customer information encrypted. We do not transmit customer information encrypted.
As registered with CAT RAVN, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to know what information is registered about you under the Personal Data Act. Any inquiries in this regard are directed to CAT RAVN via email at email@example.com.
Purchase of goods on www.catravn.com is subject to Danish law. Any dispute is settled by the ordinary Danish courts.
