On our website www.catravn.dk, the prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and are all incl. VAT. Reservations are made for pricing and printing errors, VAT and tax changes and sold out items.
Once you place an order, you will receive an online confirmation by email. Should you not receive this confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at email@example.com.
We offer several payment methods when shopping at www.catravn.com. You can pay by Visa, Mastercard and Mobilepay. The payment will be credited to your account when we ship the item.
We aim to ship your goods within 3-5 business days after ordering.
The freight price varies according to the size and nature of the item you order.
Delivery is free to both Post Nord pick up or GLS parcel shop. For all other types of delivery for private addresses or business addresses, we will charge you DKK 75 per address delivery.
If you choose delivery to a parcel shop, you will receive an SMS or email when you can pick up your parcel. Therefore, it is important to provide your telephone number and email address when ordering.
If you choose to send the package to your private or business address, the package is sent to the delivery address you specify when ordering.
If you want delivery to Greenland and the Faroe Islands, there will be an additional cost in freight costs. If you want to know more about these freight rates in advance, please send us an email via firstname.lastname@example.org.
Unfortunately, we do not currently ship abroad, but we hope to offer it soon.
You have 14 days of cancellation right when you shop at www.catravn.dk. The cancellation deadline is 14 days from the day you received the goods or received notice that the item is ready for collection. If you want to make use of the right of withdrawal, you must send us an e-mail to email@example.com within the deadline of 14 days, stating that you wish to cancel your purchase and immediately return the goods. Please note that you cannot simply cancel your purchase by refusing to receive the item.
You bear the risk of the goods from the delivery of the goods and are liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature of the goods. If we assess the returned item as damaged or “used”, this means that you get a reduced portion of the purchase amount returned.
Upon return, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is packed securely before you send it. In the package you must enclose a copy of the order confirmation or other documentation for your purchase.

Goods that are made specifically for you or have been marked with a personal touch are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
When returning, the amount is always transferred to the same means of payment with which you made the purchase. For example, if you paid by card the purchase amount is returned to the payment card you used for the specific purchase.
We will let you know when we have made the refund. Depending on your bank and credit card issuer you will receive the refund some bankdays later.
Of course, the 24-month guarantee is granted according to the Sales of Goods Act (Købeloven). Our guarantee applies to defects in material and / or fabrication. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, money back or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. Damage to the goods as a result of incorrect handling by the customer is not covered by the warranty. Complaints regarding defects must always be reported to email@example.com within reasonable time after the goods have been received. Here, up to two months are considered reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.
If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your (reasonable) freight costs.
If you wish to return a product you have purchased on our website www.catravn.com, please send us an email beforehand informing us which product it is and why you wish to return it. If you wish to returning it according to the cooling off period granted by EU legislation, you only have to state this without qualifying it any further. However, if you wish to return a faulty item, please describe the fault and attach an image of it in the email.
Where you need to ship your return to depends on the product and on the reason for the return.
We will assist you in returning your product in the right way and to the correct place. We will reply via email within 24 hours and let you know exactly where to return your product to as well as answering any other questions you may have.
We make the registration of your personal information with the purpose of being able to deliver the goods correctly to you. The personal data registered with CAT RAVN is stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.
We do not resell personal information and do not disclose your personal information to others. These are only registered in our customer directory. You can delete your information at any time on your request. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information: Name, address, telephone number and mail address. When we receive your request, the information about you in our system will be deleted.
When collecting your personal data on our website, we ensure that you are informed on the collected information and why we collect it. Only the relevant employees of CAT RAVN have access to the information that is registered about you.
We do not store customer information encrypted. We do not transmit customer information encrypted.
As registered with CAT RAVN, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to know what information is registered about you. You have these rights under the Personal Data Act and inquiries in connection to this are directed to CAT RAVN via email email@example.com.
Purchase of goods at www.catravn.com is subject to Danish law. Any dispute is settled by the ordinary Danish courts.
